Join us in developing patient education for individuals with atrial fibrillation!
The Department of Nursing Science at the University of Eastern Finland is currently developing guidance practices for individuals with atrial fibrillation. We would like to invite you to participate in this important study!
This study aims to enhance the guidance provided to individuals with atrial fibrillation, focusing on their active role in managing their own care. The goal is to strengthen their involvement in health-related matters.
The study is led by the Department of Nursing Science at the University of Eastern Finland and is conducted in collaboration with Department of Nursing Science at the University of Turku, Finnish Heart Association, Heart Hospital, Wellbeing Services County of North Savo, Heart and Lung Center of Helsinki University Hospital, and Department of Clinical Medicine at the University of Copenhagen.
You are eligible to participate in the study if:
- You have atrial fibrillation or you have had atrial fibrillation
- You are over 18 years old
- You do not have an illness that significantly impairs your daily functioning
In this study, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire about your experiences and expectations related to patient guidance. Filling out the form will take approximately 20 minutes.
