The PhD study of Katja Janhunen, MHSc, addressed the quality of pediatric emergency care.

A rat model of early-stage Parkinson’s disease was characterised and utilised in the PhD study of Juuso Leikas, MSc (Pharm). A common anaesthetic, isoflurane, was shown to relieve Parkinson-like symptoms in the model.
