Rector Tapio Määttä has appointed the Heads and Deputy Heads of Departments and Schools of the faculties at the University of Eastern Finland. Their term of office will last from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2029.
The Head and Deputy Heads of UEF Law School was appointed by Vice Rector Jussi Pihlajamäki, as Määttä was disqualified to make the decision due to academic collaboration based on section 28(1)(7) of the Administrative Procedure Act (disqualified due to a special reason).
