UEF degree students: How to apply

This instruction is for both current and new UEF degree students.

1. Go through the course selection and choose one of the offered courses you would like to apply for. Please pay attention the possible prerequisites given in the course descriptions. 
   • Please note that the courses are running at the same time, so attending more than one course at the same time is not possible. Do not register for the course in Peppi unless otherwise instructed!
      
2. IMPORTANT: choose Finland as your citizenship when you enter the application system. 
   • Do this even though your citizenship is other than Finnish. Selecting Finland as your citizenship will open the simplified application form. 
      
3. Include your transcript of records in your application. 
   • Some courses may also ask for a motivation letter to be included.
   • If you are a current degree student: remember to include your study right number in the application. 
   • If you are a newly admitted degree student: your study right number will not be available at the time of application, so you do not need to include it in the application.
      
4. Your participation to the courses is free of charge, so you will get no invoice nor official acceptance letter.

Please note that the course registration is binding. If you want to cancel your participation, you must inform the Summer School staff by email ([email protected]) no later than two weeks before the course starts.
