How did your UEF journey begin?
The University of Eastern Finland (UEF) stood out to me as the most multidisciplinary university in Finland, offering high standards of interdisciplinary research and education to address global challenges. UEF's research is ranked among the best in the world in several fields, which motivated me to join.
UEF's reputation for multidisciplinary excellence and its commitment to addressing global challenges through research and education were major motivating factors in my decision to choose UEF for my studies in Medical Physics.
Can you share your favorite thing about your studies at UEF so far?
Doing practical demonstrations at Kuopio University Hospital has been my favorite thing about my studies at UEF so far. It has provided invaluable hands-on experience and insights into my field of study.
What's the most memorable moment you've had at UEF or in Finland?
Every moment spent in Finland and at UEF has been memorable for me since landing here. Experiencing snow in Finland has been particularly special and memorable for me.
The beautiful natural landscapes of Finland and Kuopio are heartwarming and beautiful. The people of Finland have been incredibly helpful and kind, making my experience in the country even more enjoyable.
I just want to emphasize that my decision to come to Finland and study at UEF has been one of the best decisions of my life so far

What are your plans after graduation?
After graduation, my plan is to do practical training at Kuopio University Hospital and eventually become a medical physicist and radiologist in the future.
