Courts see only the tip of the iceberg of disputes related to housing transactions between private individuals, as most cases get settled outside court rooms.

The University of Eastern Finland has received the European Union’s HORIZON-CL2-2021 funding for three research projects. The total amount of funding is almost EUR 1.1 million.
