National Conference of Effectiveness Research 2025 will be held on October 7–8 on Kuopio campus of the University of Eastern Finland. The theme of the days is Real-world evidence: methods in effectiveness research. At the National Conference of Effectiveness Research, we want to stimulate debate on the concept of real-world effectiveness and the data and methods used to study it.

Plenary speakers of the year are Chief Medical Officer of Clinical Auditing, MD Sami Pakarinen (Helsinki University Hospital), Professor Mika Kortelainen (University of Turku), Professor Antti Malmivaara (Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare, THL) and Henna Hasson (Karolinska Institutet, SWE).
