The University of Eastern Finland is looking to recruit a new Rector to lead the university’s activities for the five-year term of office beginning on 1 January 2025.
CERTAINTY: Cloud-aerosol interactions & their impacts in the earth system project, funded by the Horizon Europe program, aims to advance our comprehension of clouds and aerosols in the climate.
Scientists have found naturally occurring pathogenic fungi infecting the Eucalyptus snout beetle in Eucalyptus forest plantations, and characterised them to develop a bio-pesticide for controlling the beetle.
